10 people, including one monk, allegedly killed by SAC airstrikes in Pale

On 27 June 2023, 10 people, including 1 monk, were allegedly killed by SAC airstrikes on Nyaung Kone and Chin Pyit Villages in Pale township. Footage uploaded following the attack and geolocated by Myanmar Witness shows heavy damage to a monastery and pagodas in Nyaung Kone.The fighter jet reportedly took off from Mandalay’s Tada-U airbase.
